Background and Rationale

Implementation Methodology

  1. Program Identification and Adoption
    • Conduct small-scale research on barriers to social welfare and development.
    • Based on data and prevailing circumstances, identify the most pressing issues and design a program accordingly.
  2. Program Planning
    • Develop a detailed plan including:
    • Task and stage breakdown
    • Recruitment of volunteers and personnel
    • Verification of applications and preparation of beneficiary lists
    • Budget formulation
    • Fundraising from individuals, donor organizations, and internal resources
    • Distribution of assistance
  3. Program Execution and Monitoring
    • Implement ward-based mapping and referral systems.
    • Conduct 3–6 month short courses incorporating soft skills.
    • Partner with local training centers for practical training.
    • Facilitate job-matching and internships.
    • Provide weekly tracking and parental counseling to ensure sustainability.
  4. Program Evaluation
  • The program is ongoing and has already created positive impacts by opening new opportunities for out-of-school children.
  • To expand its reach, stronger financial support, community engagement, and long-term planning are required.
  • In 2024, a total of 20 families benefited, with an expenditure of BDT 1,200.00.
